(Fairy) Godmother
Forget the fairy - I'm now officially Godmother to my nephew Lukas. Besides my duty to enjoy the celebratory champagne and cake I realize it is a special but serious title I bear. I am next in line to Lukas' parents to take responsibility for the boy.
Lukas, by the time you're old enough to read this: your aunt was once a cool lady who loved to blog. I hope you'll be able to tell me one day that I played a part in your 'happily ever after'.. :)

Hankies might be more useful... wipe drool off various bits of furniture i fall asleep on. At least i relate to my grand-nephew on something ;)
